The Moving Box Company is a trading name of Packaging To Go Pty Ltd (ACN 607 344 454) and herein may be referred to as “TMBC”, “We” or “Us”. As used herein, “Customer” and “You” shall mean the person or organisation who takes possession of the products and any other person or organisation to whom charges are to be billed, all of whom will be jointly and severally liable hereunder.

The placement of an order implies full acceptance of the Terms & Conditions as stated hereon and implied.

All prices stated on this website are stated in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of the 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST). Orders will be processed in Australian Dollars (AUD) only, we do not accept payments in other currencies. TMBC reserves the right to change prices of goods advertised on this website, without notice. Goods will not be delivered until payment is received in full.

Payment is made via the ANZ e-Gate facility, a secure Internet payment gateway using Secured Sockets Layer (SSL) technology and accepts all Visa and MasterCard payments. We do not view, or store your credit card information at any time for orders made via the website. Direct phone payments for orders may be made by calling ph: 1300 071 810, we accept payment by Visa and MasterCard only. In the case of phone orders, the Customer’s credit card details will be truncated and/or destroyed for security purposes. We do not store your full credit card information at any time.

We also accept Visa and MasterCard payments by PayPal, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology with an encryption key length of 128-bits. PayPal payments can be made with or without a PayPal account using your Visa or MasterCard.

The delivery charge is calculated in your shopping cart and/or at checkout and is based on your order total & delivery location. Please refer to our Delivery page for further information or contact us at sales@themovingboxcompany.com.au.

You will be contacted by email on the day that your order is shipped out of our warehouse in Murarrie QLD. Should the Customer not be able to be present at the time of delivery, the Customer must designate a suitable, secure and dry place at the delivery address to leave the goods. The Customer accepts full responsibility for security of the goods upon delivery.


As this is beyond our control please note we do not under any circumstance guarantee a Courier driver will call ahead if requested by the customer in the delivery notes. Delivery can take place at any time during normal business hours (generally 8.30am to 5.00pm) and we cannot provide nor guarantee any preferred delivery timeframes when requested.

We do not accept responsibility for a failed delivery where an Authority to Leave is not provided and at the time of delivery no one at the nominated delivery address is present to accept the delivery.

In the event a re-delivery is required by the courier company, all fees will be borne by the customer. This will be charged to your credit card. These fees vary depending on the courier engaged to deliver your order.

Where an Authority to Leave is provided, the security and safety of the goods from theft or damage once delivered is at the sole risk of the customer. As it is beyond our control we do not accept any responsibility for items not left in accordance with the customers' instructions.

We will gladly replace or refund in the event of faulty goods as a result of manufacture. Change of mind returns will be considered by a case-by-case basis, if goods are in “as new” condition and will be subject to a handling fee for transportation.

TMBC respects your privacy and we will keep all Customer details provided through and in connection with use of this website secure and confidential. Any personal information provided to us at checkout is secured by SSL technology through the ANZ e-Gate facility.

We will not share your personal information with third parties unless they are relevant to the website and our provision of goods and services to you, such as our financial services provider. Your personal details will not be sold, exchanged or disclosed to third parties unless required by law. You can access and request the correction or removal of any of your personal information by emailing us at info@themovingboxcompany.com.au.
